Athena Magazine approached us to bring their vision of a bold, modern publication to life. The goal was to create an editorial design that felt both elegant and powerful, blending high-end aesthetics with functional readability. The challenge was to ensure the visual identity translated seamlessly across both print and digital formats, appealing to a sophisticated audience.
Our Solution
We designed a clean, striking layout that balances white space with impactful typography and dynamic imagery. Our team focused on creating a cohesive grid system and a versatile set of design elements that could adapt across articles, features, and sections. The result was an English-German magazine that reflects Athena’s confident voice and contemporary style, while making every page feel fresh and engaging.
The Result
The final design elevated Athena Magazine’s brand presence, capturing attention both on shelves and screens. The refined, yet powerful, aesthetic positioned the publication as a leader in its niche, resonating with its target readership and supporting its editorial mission. The result was a 220 pages A4 magazine divided in two sides. On one side readers can read the magazine in German, and on the other in English.
